Shambre Scott is a visionary entrepreneur and Founder of ERO University, with over a decade of experience in the tax and financial services industry. Known for her leadership and impact, she has built multiple businesses rooted in education, service, and community.
Shambre specializes in helping tax professionals understand the systems, strategies, and structure required to build compliant, scalable, and profitable tax businesses.
Through mentorship and training, she empowers PTIN holders and EROs nationwide to operate with confidence, elevate their expertise, and achieve long-term financial success.

KATHERINE "KAT" WALKER
Katherine “Kat” Walker is a tax professional, serial entrepreneur, and Co-Founder of ERO University, where she helps professionals build real, sustainable businesses in the tax industry. Known for her no-nonsense, results-driven approach, Kat specializes in business structure, compliance, and growth strategy.
As the founder of Luxury 1 Tax Services and Walker Wealth & Partners, she has built a nationwide network of professionals, mentoring preparers to transition from seasonal work into profitable, long-term business ownership.

Maleek Roberts is a seasoned tax professional with nearly a decade of experience in the industry. As the Founder and CEO of Prestige Tax Plus LLC, he has successfully operated a trusted brick-and-mortar firm for over eight years while also serving as a service bureau for fellow tax professionals.
Having trained over 100 preparers, Maleek is known for his direct, results-driven approach. He specializes in helping EROs master compliance, streamline operations, and build efficient, profitable tax businesses.

Kimberly Shannon is a visionary entrepreneur and founding leader of ERO University, dedicated to empowering tax professionals to succeed as Electronic Return Originators (EROs). With over 30 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist turned multi-business owner, she brings a unique blend of analytical expertise and business insight.
As CEO of Credible Tax Pros and Good Credit Rx, Kimberly is committed to advancing financial literacy, credit empowerment, and helping professionals build and scale successful tax businesses.
